Location: Leeds, Manchester or Liverpool
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 DOE
Coppersmith Recruitment and Services Ltd are recruiting on behalf of their client for an experienced Legal Advisor - Complex Recoveries to join a high-performing personal injury team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven legal professional to take ownership of a high-value litigated caseload, focusing on recovery claims exceeding £10,000.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing a full caseload of complex, high-volume litigated RTA recovery claims, ensuring files are progressed efficiently while maximising recovery outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of high-value RTA recovery claims (£10,000+)
- Handle litigated matters from instruction through to settlement or trial
- Maximise recoveries in line with business objectives
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case management records
- Liaise with clients, insurers, and third parties
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Previous experience handling litigated RTA recovery claims
- Strong understanding of litigation processes and procedures
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Experience using case management systems
