Graduate Telesales Executive – Permanent – Liverpool – £28,317 per annum

Responsibilities

• Generating new business through outbound calls and handling inbound enquiries
• Delivering targeted telemarketing campaigns to promote the full range of company services
• Building and managing a portfolio of clients, developing long-term relationships
• Achieving and exceeding monthly and annual sales targets
• Researching prospects to tailor solutions and develop new markets
• Maintaining an accurate CRM system and sales pipeline
• Collaborating with Marketing, Field Sales, Tendering, and Telesales teams
• Ensuring all sales administration is completed accurately and on time

About you

• Graduate or degree-qualified (essential)
• Previous experience in sales, telesales, or customer service (desirable)
• Confident communicator with strong telephone and email skills
• Results-driven with a proactive, commercial mindset
• Organised with strong attention to detail
• Good IT skills, including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Able to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities
