Demand Generation Manager, AI SaaS (Seed Stage)

By connecting signals across conversations, communications, and performance, the product enables organisations to move beyond surface level metrics and truly understand what drives retention, expansion, and long term value.
The company has recently secured seed investment, marking a significant milestone and accelerating its growth plans. With this funding, they have already brought in key founding hires across sales and AI engineering, laying the groundwork for a scalable, high performing commercial and technical function. Now, they are expanding further, building out marketing, sales, and go to market capabilities to support the next stage of growth. It is a pivotal moment to join, where the foundations are in place but there is still real opportunity to shape what comes next.
As the business enters this new phase, they are looking for a Demand Generation Manager to take ownership of how pipeline is created and scaled. This is a foundational hire, the person who will define how demand generation works from day one. You will build and run campaigns that connect product to audience, turning awareness into qualified opportunities and ensuring a consistent flow of high quality leads into the business. From shaping LinkedIn into a core acquisition channel to testing new routes to market, you will be responsible for finding what works and doubling down on it.
Working closely with sales and content, you will continuously refine targeting, optimise conversion journeys, and build a clear picture of performance across the funnel. Every initiative you launch will contribute to a more efficient and effective growth engine, where insight drives action and results are visible. This is a role for someone who enjoys being in the detail, owning outcomes end to end, and constantly improving performance through experimentation.
You will bring experience from a B2B SaaS environment where you have owned demand generation or growth campaigns and delivered measurable pipeline impact. You are confident running paid channels, particularly LinkedIn, and comfortable analysing performance to inform decisions. You take a structured, data led approach but move quickly, testing, learning, and iterating without hesitation. An interest in AI and how it can enhance the way you work will set you apart, as will your ability to communicate clearly with both commercial and creative stakeholders.
