Overview
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will contribute to the overall success of the Talent Acquisition team by providing a high level of customer service, administrative support, and coordination throughout the talent acquisition process. Focused on delivering an efficient process to our hiring managers across the business and ensuring a best‑in‑class experience for all candidates. The position primarily supports entry‑level recruitment across UK operations and offers ad‑hoc coordination for entry‑level EMEA vacancies, driving efficiency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Support recruiting activities, including posting jobs internally and externally, scheduling interviews, completing phone screenings, providing candidate feedback, and processing offers.
- Collaborate with the Global People Services team to ensure a smooth offer process.
- Act as the first point of contact for candidates, hiring managers, and HRBP queries for assigned roles.
- Optimize the candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Assist the wider EMEA Talent Acquisition team with entry‑level resourcing needs using job boards and LinkedIn.
- Manage the shared recruitment mailbox.
- Coordinate recruitment assessment centres and administer testing for allocated roles.
- Champion CooperVision as an Employer of Choice through social media platforms.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects as needed.
- Work toward individual and team KPIs that support wider business goals.
- Perform ad‑hoc administration tasks.
- Maintain high‑level communication throughout the end‑to‑end recruitment process with Talent Acquisition colleagues, hiring managers, and the HR team.
- Create and issue the weekly vacancy list for UK&I employees.
- Communicate regularly with external agencies for relevant roles.
Qualifications
- Previous recruitment/TA experience within an internal recruitment team or agency (preferred).
- A minimum of 2 years in a fast‑paced administrative role.
- Experience in a customer‑facing role (highly preferred).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
- Knowledge of ATS and/or HRIS platforms (desirable).
- Experience supporting cross‑functional teams within a large matrix organization (preferred).
