About the Role
Our client is a small, person-centred learning disability residential home in Manchester, committed to providing a safe and empowering environment for its residents.
Location: Manchester, UK Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum Hours: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a small residential care team, ensuring high standards of care.
- Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and statutory requirements.
- Develop and monitor individualised care plans for residents.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and safe environment for residents and staff.
- Manage operational and administrative duties, including staffing and budgets.
Qualifications and Experience
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
- CQC registered manager status or eligibility to register.
- Proven experience managing a residential home, preferably in a learning disability setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Passionate about person-centred care and improving residents’ quality of life.
