Geography ECT Teacher

Prospero Teaching are looking for a passionate and motivated Early Career Teacher (ECT) of Geography to join a supportive Secondary School in Thurrock starting in September. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified teacher to begin their teaching career in a well‑established department, delivering engaging Geography lessons and inspiring students across Key Stages 3 and 4.

Experience, Training and Qualifications

• QTS or working towards QTS
• Specialism in Geography
• Recent experience teaching or training in a UK secondary school
• Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year

Eligibility Requirements

• Hold Right to Work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child‑barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
• Provide two professional child‑related references
