The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Enterprise Account Executive to join a growing London-based team. This role offers the opportunity to support a strategic shift from SMB/mid-market to enterprise, working with cutting-edge AI and communication technologies to transform customer engagement strategies.
Responsibilities
- Secure mid-market and enterprise-level clients within a fast-paced environment
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 25–50 target accounts
- Build and maintain a 3–5x qualified pipeline through outbound, self-generated activity
- Deliver a high level of customer engagement and sales activity
- Drive revenue growth with a strong focus on new business ("hunter" mentality)
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience consistently exceeding quotas of $1M+
- Proven track record of closing multi-million-dollar deals
- Strong ability to navigate complex organisations and engage C-level stakeholders
- Experience using structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC)
- Background in retail or e-commerce sales with complex deal cycles
- Highly driven, resourceful, and resilient mindset
- Strong personal brand, ideally with an established LinkedIn presence
