Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service? Do you have experience in the automotive industry or a strong interest in cars? We’re looking for a motivated and professional Service Advisor to join our busy and friendly team in Reigate.

About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you will be the key link between our customers and the workshop, ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and handling service enquiries both in person and over the phone
• Booking vehicles in for servicing, maintenance, and repairs
• Liaising with technicians to provide updates on vehicle progress
• Explaining repair work and costs clearly to customers
• Preparing and managing job cards and invoices
• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction at all times
• Upselling additional services and products where appropriate

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role (automotive preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Confident using computer systems
• Full UK driving licence
