Schedule:
7:00 - 16:30 Monday - Thursday, and 8:00 - 12:00 Friday
What You’ll Do At Tosoh Quartz.
- Compile and maintain quality records
- Prepare and submit First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs)
- Perform general quality tasks (goods-in, visual inspection)
- Investigate non-conformities and support countermeasure implementation
- Audit quality processes throughout manufacturing
- Operate laser equipment and calibrate measuring tools
- Provide cross-departmental support when needed
What You Bring.
Minimum requirements:
- Engineering certificate and 1 year of related experience.
- Ability to read complex engineering drawings and GD&T.
- Proficient with measuring tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers, height gauges).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic math proficiency.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and email.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- Experience with micrometers, dial indicators, profilometers, optical comparators, and microscopes.
Preferred:
- 3+ years of experience as a Quality Inspector
- Experience with CMM and customer portal submissions
- Familiarity with compiling quality records and auditing processes
