This is a remote role with occasional travel to our offices and sites across the UK. Ideally, you'll be based in London or Surrey.

The Role

As a Property Compliance Administrator, you’ll provide operational support to the Bupa Dental function, working closely with our Property Managers to ensure consistent compliance across the dental estate. You’ll help audit, measure and report on Hard FM contracted services, ensuring they are delivered in line with agreed SLAs and KPIs, and take action where service issues arise.

You’ll act as a point of escalation between Property Managers and Hard FM suppliers, helping to mediate issues and drive timely, successful outcomes. You’ll also support the Head of Property and wider Property team by taking part in regular service review meetings with our Hard FM partners.

A key part of the role will be maintaining and uploading compliance data to the C365 portal, providing weekly status updates to the Property Team. You’ll review service reports from planned maintenance activities, evaluate supplier performance, and help maintain a high level of compliance across the portfolio.
