Job Title: Contact Centre Team Leader (Out of Hours)

Location: Dartford, UK

Hours: 30 hours a week, evening, night and weekend shifts on a rota basis.

Overview

Manage a small team supporting service branches and customers outside regular hours. Resolve technical queries, sales enquiries, and general administration tasks as part of a 24/7 support service.

Responsibilities

• Support the team to deliver service professionally with pride.
• Overall team management, monitoring attendance and performance.
• Conduct regular reviews, identify training and development needs.
• Maintain communication with customers and resolve complaints.
• Ensure activities are scheduled to ensure services are delivered effectively.
• Attend regular meetings.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing a contact centre team in a similar environment.
• NVQ Level 3 in Management or equivalent (desirable).
• NVQ Level 3 in Customer Service or equivalent (desirable).
• Ability to adapt to various situations and foster positive relationships.
