GlenellyInfrastructureSolutionshasanexcitingopportunityforanenthusiasticandcommittedHealthandSafetyAdvisortojoinourteambasedinKilmarnock.ThisHealthandSafetyAdvisorrolewillseeyousupportingthebusinesstogiveguidance,support,advice,andgovernancetotheProjects/BusinessonallSHEQrelatedsubjects.IdeallyyouwillhavesomeexperienceinaHealthandSafetyorSHEQrole, ThisHealthandSafetyAdvisorrolewillseeyousupportingthebusinesstogiveguidance,support,advice andgovernancetotheProjects/BusinessonallSHEQrelatedsubjects.IdeallyyouwillhavesomeexperienceinaHealthandSafetyorSHEQrole,butwecanoffertrainingandsupporttobuildyourexperienceandknow how.

AsHealthandSafetyAdvisoryouwill:

• Assistandpromotethelocal&externalauditprogramme.
• HelptoensurethebusinessiscompliantwithallHSESRegulations,companypoliciesandtheBMSacrossthebusiness
• ProvideSHEQadviceandsupportatanoperationallevel.
• AssistintheidentificationofsiteSHEQtrainingneeds.
• Communicateandengagewithkeystakeholders.
• SupporttheSHEQupskillinganddevelopmentofthebusinessoperationalteams
• PromoteSHEQinitiativesandinnovationsacrosstheirProject.

Whowe'relookingfor

• Ideallyyouwouldhold,or at an advance stage in workingtowardsarelevantprofessionalqualification-suchasNEBOSHGeneral.
• PriorexperienceINSHEQ,healthandsafetyorworkinconstruction,utilities,DNOorICPenvironmentwouldbeadvantageous.
• Analyticalskillswithanattentiontodetail.
• ExperienceofreviewingandproducingSHEQreportsformanagersandclients.
