Harron Homes is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our ever growing Customer Service team and help deliver an exceptional experience for our homeowners. If you are organised, proactive, and enjoy supporting both customers and colleagues, this could be the perfect role for you. This role is a 12 months FTC covering maternity leave within the department.
You will be at the heart of our customer journey, supporting the team to ensure every homeowner receives timely, professional, and helpful service. You will manage queries, coordinate with internal teams, and help make sure our processes run smoothly.
