A fast-growing digital consultancy is seeking a Junior Project Manager to join their team. This is a newly created position to support their expanding client base and internal delivery teams. The successful candidate will work closely with the existing Portfolio Manager to help manage client relationships, support project delivery, and contribute to the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of professional experience who is looking to build a long-term career in client and portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Portfolio Manager with scheduling, meeting coordination, and report generation.
• Assist in tracking progress across multiple projects and ensure timely communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as a point of contact for clients, helping to maintain strong, empathetic, and solution-oriented relationships.
• Identify areas to streamline operations and proactively contribute to process improvements.
• Help prepare documentation and materials needed for internal planning and client engagement.
• Learn and develop into a future Portfolio Manager, gaining exposure to strategic account management and delivery oversight.

Candidate Profile:

• 2+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a fast-paced, digital, or start-up environment.
• Emotionally intelligent and client-focused, with excellent communication skills.
• Organised, enthusiastic, and proactive, with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
• Comfortable working independently as well as within a team.
• Backgrounds in customer success, operations, support, or HR within a tech setting are welcomed.
• Familiarity with tools such as Trello, Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or other project management platforms.
• Experience working in smaller businesses or tech-focused environments.
• A natural problem-solver with a flexible and collaborative approach.
