About Us

Our Future Tutoring (OFT) partners with Local Authorities to deliver tailored educational support to young people who have limited access to mainstream education. We provide high-quality, personalised learning for students aged 5 to 25, supporting them to reach their full potential. Our teaching aligns with the National Curriculum and includes both group and one-to-one sessions. We create supportive learning environments—both in person and online—where students can develop academically and build confidence.

Role Overview

As an Administration Officer, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring safeguarding compliance, and delivering high-quality administrative and student-facing services. You will coordinate exams and referrals, support safeguarding and DBS processes, manage data in line with GDPR, and act as a key point of contact for students, families, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support and maintain accurate records in line with GDPR
  • Support safeguarding processes and elevate concerns appropriately
  • Coordinate exam centre activities including timetabling, registrations, and invigilation
  • Assist with health and safety checks and communications
  • Support finance and purchasing processes, including supplier liaison
  • Process referrals and communicate with stakeholders
  • Deliver excellent customer service and contribute to service improvements

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum two years administrative experience; strong customer service focus
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Understanding of GDPR and handling confidential information
  • Experience with safeguarding and ability to escalated concerns
  • Strong ICT skills; proactive, adaptable, and reliable

Desirable

  • Experience in education or youth services
  • Basic finance, accounting, or purchasing experience
