Director/Senior Recruitment Consultant - Financial Services - South West & Wales

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an IFA Administrator to join a well-established, boutique financial planning practice based in Poole. You'll be joining a close-knit and collaborative team, working alongside Financial Advisers, Paraplanners, and fellow Administrators to provide high-quality support throughout the advice process. The role:

As an IFA Administrator, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the business, supporting the advice process from start to finish.

Key responsibilities include:

Preparing client documentation, reports, and meeting packs
Processing new business and liaising with product providers
Maintaining accurate client records and back-office systems
Supporting Financial Advisers and Paraplanners with administrative tasks
Managing client communications, both by phone and email
Ensuring all work is carried out in line with compliance and company procedures

About you:

Previous experience in a financial planning or wealth management administration role
Strong organisational and communication skills
Confident working with clients and internal stakeholders
Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player
Keen to develop your skills and progress within the industry
