YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You manage and respond to customer queries regarding breakdowns efficiently
- You complete all administrative tasks related to customer service and vehicle maintenance
- You oversee the daily maintenance of the vehicle fleet
- You assist customers in resolving issues with exceptional customer service
- You monitor and control maintenance costs and budgets to ensure compliance
- You coordinate the workload of inhouse and mobile mechanics and update maintenance records daily
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- Experience You have significant experience in a high-volume, fast-paced service advisor role, ideally within the hire industry
- Customer Service You excel in delivering outstanding customer service under pressure
- Communication You possess effective communication skills and build strong stakeholder relationships
- Attention to Detail You demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Tools You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
