Operations Co-ordinator reporting to Tendering Manager

PURPOSE OF POSITION

Responsible for: The Operations Coordinator supports the Sales and Tendering function by establishing, maintaining, and continuously improving accurate cycle times for field joint coating (FJC) and related operational activities. The role acts as a key interface between Sales & Tendering and operational departments including Operations, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Engineering, and Planning—ensuring that tender inputs are credible, consistent, and aligned with actual operational capability. This is a developmental / junior role, focused on data gathering, coordination, and structured analysis rather than decision‑making accountability.

External Communications: Clients and suppliers as needed to support clarification of cycle time assumptions, usually via email, meetings, and documented responses.
