Cover Supervisor Main Responsibilities:
- Manage behaviour in the classroom and ensure a positive learning environment
- Supervise the completion of work set by teachers in a range of different subject
- Be a positive influence and develop a good rapport with students and staff
- Have a strong commitment to safeguarding and health a safety of students in the classroom
The ideal candidate
- Previous experience working in a school setting or with children in and educational capacity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Well organised with good attention to detail
- Ability to keep calm under pressure and manage challenging behaviour.
