This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in recruitment, compliance, onboarding or reporting who enjoys working in a structured, fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy, quality and process improvement.The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the delivery of compliant, efficient and high-quality recruitment operations across the RPO function. You will be responsible for onboarding activity, document verification, reporting, audits, data accuracy and operational compliance, while helping to maintain exceptional standards for both clients and candidates.This role would suit someone with strong organisational skills, a keen eye for detail and confidence working with data, reporting tools and process-led environments.Key ResponsibilitiesCompliance and OnboardingConduct onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring all documents are complete, accurate and submitted on timePerform secondary verification of candidate documentation, including right-to-work checks, ID verification, qualification certification, vetting outcomes and certificate of completion formsReview and sign off certificate of completion forms and onboarding documentationMonitor compliance with recruitment processes, client SLAs and internal standard operating proceduresCarry out regular audits of CRM data to ensure accuracy, consistency and GDPR complianceIdentify compliance risks, process gaps or non-compliance issues and support corrective actionMaintain and update compliance checklists, SOPs and quality frameworksSupport internal and external audits by preparing relevant documentation and evidenceReporting and Data ManagementProduce accurate and timely reports on recruitment activity, onboarding progress, compliance status and operational KPIsMaintain dashboards and reporting tools to track performance, including time-to-hire, onboarding status, SLAs and KPIsAnalyse data to identify trends, risks and areas for improvementEnsure data integrity across all systems, reports and supporting documentationPrepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting packs for management teams and clientsOperational SupportAct as a point of contact for compliance-related queries from internal teams, clients and candidatesSupport continuous improvement across recruitment workflows, documentation standards and operational processesProvide guidance to colleagues on compliance requirements and best practice for data qualityAssist with the implementation of new compliance processes, SOPs, tools and system enhancementsStakeholder SupportWork closely with Programme Managers, the RPO leadership team, Talent Acquisition Specialists and internal compliance teamsCommunicate reporting insights clearly and professionally to stakeholdersBuild strong working relationships across the business to support a culture of quality, compliance and continuous improvementAbout YouTo be successful in this Compliance and Reporting Officer job in Belfast, you should have:At least 1 year’s experience in a recruitment or compliance role, or be a recent graduate or student due to graduate in July 2026 in a relevant degree disciplinePractical experience using Microsoft Excel to manage data, create reports and use formulae effectivelyStrong IT skills, including Microsoft Word and OutlookA track record of delivering accurate, high-quality work to tight deadlinesStrong planning and organisational skills with a structured approach to workA proactive, positive and flexible attitudeThe ability to work independently and as part of a wider teamSound judgement when following procedures, assessing risks and managing compliance-related tasksA working knowledge of recruitment practices across Northern Ireland and IrelandA full clean driving licence, as occasional travel may be requiredDesirable CriteriaExperience using Canva to create professional-quality documents, presentations or visual materialsA third-level qualification in a business-related disciplineWhy Join Staffline Recruitment Ireland?This is a great opportunity to join a growing RPO function in a role that combines compliance, reporting, onboarding and operational support.
