Bank Porter/Security

We are looking for an enthusiastic Bank Porter/Security to support the Facilities team at Bowmere.

This is a zero‑hours, shift‑based contract. Shifts are bookable as required to cover annual leave, sickness and ad hoc tasks.

Pay will be the Real Living Wage (RLW) hourly rate set by the Living Wage Federation, with a supplementary rate if the national A4C hourly rate falls below this threshold.

Responsibilities

• Perform portering duties, including walking patterns, monitoring of facilities and liaising with other staff.
• Provide security services, including opening and locking the building.
• Handle postal duties.
• Complete ad hoc portering requests as required.

Requirements

Candidates should have experience or a willingness to learn portering and security duties. Please refer to the job description for full details.
