We are looking for an enthusiastic radiologist to join the team of Nuclear Medicine/PET-CT radiologists working cross‑site to provide high‑quality imaging services to Oxfordshire. The Trust is a cancer centre with a large oncology unit, a surgical centre, a tertiary referral centre for disease and is also a major trauma centre. The Directorate is progressive and keen to invest in the future workforce with such measures as a 4‑day week, home reporting, advanced practitioner radiographers and cycle‑to‑work schemes.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will provide imaging support for nuclear medicine/PET‑CT patients and cross‑sectional imaging responsibility for the Trust. The Directorate is developing an extended day working on rotation and the candidate will be expected to participate in this service.

Job responsibilities

The post holder will be part of the radiology team and deliver high‑quality imaging, intervention and biopsy services across the Trust. Additional subspecialty interests may be accommodated/supported e.g. in oncological imaging.
