Warehouse First Line Manager (PM)

We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Warehouse First Line Manager to join our Zara contract based in Crick. You’ll lead a team of Warehouse Operatives and Administrators, driving performance and efficiency across manual and automated operations

This is a full-time permanent position. You’ll be working on the shift pattern of ‘any 5 from 7’ with the hours of 15:00 till 23:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Lead and inspire your team to meet and exceed KPIs
• Manage automated systems including AGV Fleet, Auto-labeller Dispenser, and Pocket Sorter
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and maintain a clean, safe working environment
• Drive continuous improvement through SOPs and lean methodologies
• Monitor budgets, headcount, and performance metrics
• Promote a positive, inclusive team culture and support colleague development

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Experience of working in a complex, fast-moving logistics/warehouse environment, ideally within eCommerce
• Strong understanding of WMS, WCS, RCS, and automation technologies
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of the end-to-end warehouse processes, health and safety and IOSH is highly desirable
