Overview

We are working with a Main Contractor delivering a Data Centre project in North London to find a TSM to join their team on a permanent basis. This project is underway and is due to last into 2029. The company has delivered Data Centres across the UK and Europe at a fair rate, with an order book showing no signs of slowing down, providing a long‑term opportunity for someone who wants to progress into a more senior role.

Responsibilities

• Report into the Project Director and ensure the successful delivery & commissioning of the entire project.
• Engage with design & build processes; design experience is a plus but not essential.
• Coordinate on‑site activities, including site‑based management and frequent commutes to North London.
• Oversee Data Centre specific requirements throughout project delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in Data Centre projects.
• Knowledge of MEP systems and project management in a design & build environment.
• Strong site‑based management skills and reliable commuting capability to North London.
