Responsibilities
- Own Rokstone’s underwriting standards, appetite and authorities, setting a clear and practical decision framework.
- Embed underwriting discipline, peer review and oversight that raises quality without slowing the business down.
- Design proportionate Line 1 controls at the point of decision, building confidence, not bureaucracy.
- Deliver clear governance, MI and escalation through to senior management and the Board.
- Partner with technology to embed scalable underwriting governance into ATOMX as the business grows.
Qualifications
- Have experience relevant to the role/industry, whether from a similar position, education or transferable skills.
- Confidence in communicating with others and working together.
- A mindset focused on learning, improvement and follow-through.
- An interest in how things work (and how they could be improved).
