Project Manager – Energy Performance Contracts (EPC)
UK – Full Lifecycle Delivery – Decarbonisation Projects
We’re looking for a Project Manager to take full ownership of EPC projects from Investment Grade Audit (IGA) through to design, construction and Measurement & Verification (M&V).
What you’ll be doing
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of EPC projects
- Act as the main client interface, ensuring a seamless customer journey
- Own project budgets, P&L and programme delivery
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, design and construction
- Ensure projects are delivered safely on time and to performance guarantees
What we’re looking for
- Engineering background (Mechanical or Electrical)
- Strong experience delivering M&E projects in live environments
- Proven project management and commercial acumen (NEC/JCT desirable)
- Knowledge of energy systems, decarbonisation or infrastructure projects
- Confident stakeholder manager with a proactive, delivery-focused mindset
