Senior Web Developer – Documentation Platform
Location: Remote (UK).
Overview
Grafana Labs is an open‑source observability platform that powers thousands of companies worldwide. The Documentation Platform team builds and maintains the user experience for learning and support tools, including our Hugo website, Pathfinder, and the Learning Hub.
Responsibilities
- Expand external enablement through the Learning Hub
- Continue development of a first‑class documentation site for both human and AI consumers
- Collaborate with other engineering teams to continuously improve integration of the website with the in‑product user experience
Qualifications
- 4+ years of web development experience
- Proficiency with static site generators (e.g., Hugo)
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working with backend services written in Go
- Experience or comfort with Kubernetes
- Strong CI/CD practices
- Solid understanding of web application security best practices

Compensation
Base salary (UK) GBP 81,287 – GBP 97,544, commensurate with experience and role level.
All roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) that provide ownership in Grafana Labs.
