Postgraduate Medical Education Administrator | Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust

Overview

The LED Administrator will work closely with the Postgraduate Medical Education (PGME) team within the Student, Trainee and Placement Support Department. They will be responsible for the organisation and delivery of teaching programmes and training events for locally employed doctors and international medical graduates working within the Trust. The role supports the Associate Director of Medical Education to ensure all training requirements are met.

Responsibilities

• Support arrangements for induction events, including setting up online sessions, booking tutors, equipment and rooms.


• Provide administrative assistance to the PGME team and other departments within the Workforce and Education Directorate.


• Ensure the timely delivery of teaching programmes and training events.


• Collaborate with tutors and staff to coordinate training schedules.
