Description
- Working with Partners on complex M&A and private equity transactions
- Managing aspects of corporate deals from inception to completion
- Drafting and negotiating key transaction documents
- Conducting due diligence and coordinating with wider teams
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Assisting with business development and client pitches
- Working with colleagues across national offices
Profile
- A solicitor with 2 to 5 years PQE in corporate law
- Experienced in M&A and or private equity transactions
- Technically strong with excellent drafting skills
- Commercially aware with a client focused approach
- Able to manage workloads effectively in a fast paced environment
- Ties to Leeds
Job Offer
- Salary ranging from £64,000 to £74,000.
