This hybrid role requires candidates within commuting distance of Bridgwater, with relocation support available. You will support delivery integration across key construction sequences within major nuclear infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment between engineering, procurement and site delivery activities. Your role will play a key part in maintaining schedule integrity and supporting critical project milestones.
You will develop and review construction sequences across assigned buildings and systems, coordinate construction activities to meet project schedule milestones, assess readiness of materials and equipment before construction commencement, review schedules for feasibility across systems, structures and constraints, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve integration challenges, identify and resolve schedule risks and project hotspots, and ensure compliance with Delivery Work Pack and Interface Data Sheet processes.

Qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum five years delivering complex infrastructure or construction projects.
- Strong experience using Primavera P6 for project planning.
- Knowledge of Navisworks and 3‑D model integration processes.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven stakeholder management and collaboration experience.
- Understanding of construction, procurement and engineering integration.
- Knowledge of construction health and safety practices (desirable).
- Experience within nuclear or highly regulated environments (advantageous).
