The Opportunity
Our client is a leading UK hospitality design and build specialist delivering everything from equipment supply to full turnkey kitchen and front-of-house projects. Working with national brands and blue-chip clients, they are known for quality, technical expertise, and exceptional service.
We are looking for a senior sales professional with experience in hospitality design and equipment consultancy, and/or catering equipment sales or foodservice consultancy. This role is 100% account management of multiple opportunities in a diverse array of sectors including healthcare, business & industry, sports stadia to name a few, at sites across the UK.
The Role
- Lead client relationships and act as primary design contact
- Carry out site surveys and develop kitchen & FOH layouts
- Produce 2D technical drawings (AutoCAD) and design proposals
- Prepare equipment schedules, specifications, and quotations
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers
- Support projects through installation, snagging, and handover to project manager
The Applicant
- We are looking for an experienced sales professional with knowledge of the foodservice and hospitality design sector, or catering equipment sector.
- Ability to conduct site surveys nationwide.
- Superb account management skills to work with one huge account.
- A knowledge of CAD and design is not expected but would be advantageous
- Solid understanding of kitchen workflows, equipment & compliance
- Confident client-facing with good commercial awareness
