Job Description:

We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to come in and hit the ground running.

You’ll be taking ownership of paid media performance across a busy campaign period, working alongside a sharp in-house team in a fast-moving, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and other key channels
  • Own budget allocation, audience targeting and creative testing across live activity
  • Quickly audit current performance and identify where to optimise and scale
  • Lead A/B testing across creative, audiences and landing pages with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Turn analytics data into clear, actionable insights for the wider team
  • Engage and communicate confidently with senior stakeholders across Consumer and cross-functional teams

Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on background in paid media planning and execution
  • Deep understanding of performance KPIs (CPA, CTR, conversion rate, GM) and a proven track record of improving efficiency and scaling campaigns
  • Highly proficient with analytics tools and confident making data-led decisions
  • Commercially astute with the ability to prioritise and deliver measurable results at pace
  • Comfortable across CRM, CMS and marketing automation platforms, and quick to pick up new tech (including proprietary systems)
  • Confident stakeholder manager, able to flex communication style across audiences

Project Scope & Duration Approx. 2 months (27th April 2026 – 26th June 2026)

Day Rate £300 per day

Location & Workplace Policy Central London, 4 days per week on site

IR35 Status Inside IR35 (umbrella company only)
