The role of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Senior Consultant in the Business Systems Team is pivotal in delivering high‑quality engagements through expertise in development, advisory, and consultancy. This position involves leading workshops, ensuring value delivery to customers, and leveraging technical skills, creativity, and customer focus to provide exceptional solutions to Commercial and Marketing Stakeholders. The consultant will play a crucial role in maximizing the benefits of Microsoft Dynamics and associated technologies, driving the technical delivery of solutions, and mentoring the CRM Scrum Team throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Description

As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Senior Consultant in the Business Systems Team, you will be responsible for delivering high‑quality engagements by leveraging your expertise as a developer, advisor, and consultant. You will lead workshops, ensure value delivery to customers, and use your technical skills, creativity, and customer focus to provide exceptional solutions to our Commercial and Marketing Stakeholders.
