Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing high‑quality HR expertise across the full employee lifecycle.
- Lead and manage complex ER casework, ensuring fair, timely and legally compliant outcomes.
- Support and guide organisational change processes, including restructures, workforce redesigns, TUPE, and cultural initiatives.
- Contribute to or lead on Organisational Development (OD) activities, supporting leadership development, talent initiatives, and culture change programmes.
- Build strong, influential relationships with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and positive employee engagement.
- Coach and mentor managers, building capability and confidence in dealing with people‑related matters.
- Use data, insight and analytics to inform decisions and influence strategic workforce planning.
- Ensure HR policies, processes and practices align with organisational priorities and employment legislation.
