An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Digital Marketing Executive to join a growing, innovative engineering organisation based near Salisbury. Offering a salary of up to £35,000, this is a fantastic chance to play a key role in shaping digital marketing strategy within a highly technical and fast‑paced environment. The business has been established for over a decade, employs a specialist team of engineers and professionals, and operates within a regulated, high‑growth sector with increasing international demand. Due to the nature of the work, candidates must be eligible for UK Security Clearance (SC), which is essential for this role.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver integrated digital marketing campaigns aligned with commercial goals
• Manage website content, improving SEO performance and user engagement
• Produce compelling content translating complex technical concepts into clear messaging
• Monitor campaign performance, analysing data to optimise results
• Support industry events, exhibitions, and wider brand positioning initiatives

What Experience is Required

• Proven digital marketing experience, ideally within engineering, aerospace, or regulated sectors
• Strong understanding of SEO, content creation, and website analytics toolsEligibility for UK Security Clearance (SC) – existing clearance would be highly advantageous
