The role of the Assistant Director is to develop the Network211 website to the Deaf Community. Fluency in ASL is required. Fluency in other languages is a benefit. Content for the Deaf community will be created, recorded, as well as curated. Relationships in the community must be developed. Ministry in other nations will occur as this outreach develops. Must be able to work with the current Director of Deaf Outreach.
