Responsibilities
- Pursue and secure new HORECA and hospitality clients within targeted groups, driving growth strategy.
- Ensure our brand shines brightly in the HORECA channel through strategic customer acquisition, impactful contracts, and optimal machine placements.
- Forge and nurture strong relationships with new and existing customers to cross‑sell, upsell and boost overall sales and loyalty.
- Build a robust pipeline of sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, emails, events, and industry fairs.
- Conduct on‑site coffee tastings and training sessions to captivate prospects and enhance customer experience.
Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you will bring previous hospitality customer‑facing experience, selling premium products, and a strong understanding of what excellent customer service looks like.
- Deep understanding of hotels, restaurants, and the hospitality landscape, coupled with a passion for coffee.
- Experience from a results‑oriented environment where hitting targets is second nature.
- Proven track record in new business development.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong business partnerships that foster growth and collaboration within new and existing accounts.
- Strong consultative and solution‑selling skills to meet customer needs.
- Dedication to customer support and satisfaction through exceptional account management.
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel within the East Anglia region.
- Car provided.

Location
Field based in East Anglia, reporting to the OOH Sales Manager.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary up to £36,000 annually depending on experience plus up to 30% commission OTE. Competitive commission bonus based on monthly and annual KPIs.
