Senior Project Manager – Client Onboarding & Integration

A leading global asset servicing organisation is seeking a Project Manager to join its Client Implementation / Onboarding practice, supporting Asset Owner and pension clients transitioning onto core back‑office and security services platforms.

This is a client‑facing role, managing end‑to‑end onboarding and integration activity while partnering closely with internal operations and technology teams. The role sits within an in‑flight programme and requires the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.

Key Areas of Focus

• Client onboarding, integration, and operational transitions
• Asset Owner / pension fund implementations
• Security services, custody, and fund administration (TPA)
• Investment management back‑office operations

Experience Sought

• Strong background in asset servicing / security services or fund administration
• Proven delivery of Asset Owner or pension client onboardingProject management Experience within a custodian, asset manager, or TPA
• Solid understanding of custody operations, trade processing, cash, corporate actions, data, and reporting
• Confident stakeholder manager in client‑facing delivery environments
