We are looking for driven, enthusiastic and passionate professionals to join our Summit team as Business Development Executive. This is an in-person role located in our London office.
Key Responsibilities
- Help new and existing clients enhance and accelerate their business development process.
- Identify and onboard new clients to use our business development solutions.
- Give clients access to prospects across the targeted markets.
- Contact, qualify, and engage prospects through email, LinkedIn, and cold-calling.
- Nurture new and existing client relationships.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- A minimum academic qualification of a university degree.
- Experience in prospecting and outreach: cold calling C-level executives and creating and launching strategic marketing email campaigns.
- Strong hunter mentality with disciplined KPI focus, coupled with a farmer ability to nurture and develop relationships.
- Pipeline management ability, research and organizational skills.
- Problem‑solving mindset.
- Positive attitude and resilience to rejection.
- Eligibility to work in the UK is a must.
Compensation and Benefits
- Basic Salary: GBP 40,000 per annum in year one (comprising £30,000 base + £10,000 year one Onboarding commission guarantee) and an attractive Commission plan.
