Project Engineer

• To manage and lead CAPEX projects.
• Manage small-medium sized projects independently, ensuring safe and efficient project implementation.
• Represent Natural Innovations in meetings on and off site as required.
• Keep project documentation up to date as required.
• Budget Management.
• Monitor and control contractors to ensure safe and effective working, ensuring induction documentation is completed and contractors are controlled.
• Liaise with the site engineering team to ensure effective communication of project goals and objectives.
• Communicate project programmes and requirements to the business stakeholders.
• Keep project stakeholders up to date with project progress.
• To take charge and implement project mechanical and electrical tasks.
• To help design machinery and systems including building updates as required.
• To investigate new machinery and technology which could be used throughout the business.
• To keep up to date with food technology and production research and development in the industry, attending exhibitions and shows as required.
• Train production team members as required in the implementation of projects.
