Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Hub Team including typing letters, notes of meetings and other documentation for dissemination.
- Organise and prioritise own workload and work without supervision in line with processes and SOPs.
- Implement and maintain central filing systems for patient and staff records.
- Ensure archiving of patient and staff records in line with trust policies and procedures.
- Undertake general administration duties including photocopying, sharing of information, replenishing documentation and supplies as required by the Hub.
- Respond to both clinical and non-clinical enquiries from patients, relatives and the wider MDT, working closely with the Hub and signposting to appropriate clinicians and other services as required.
- Undertake other duties commensurate with this grade of post in agreement with the relevant line manager.
- Provide high quality professional administrative support to the Hub.
- Support the Team Manager and the Hub Team to implement efficient office systems and procedures.
- Communicate effectively and courteously with a range of internal and external people ensuring high standards of customer service are met at all times.
