Manager, Data & Tech

Role Summary And Impact

This is a pivotal role within WPP Media’s Data & Technology Practice, sitting at the intersection of technical delivery and client partnership. As Manager, you will own the end‑to‑end build of data products for one or more major client accounts – ensuring that the pipelines, models and dashboards you deliver are not just functional, but accurate, reliable and genuinely valuable to the people using them.

You will be the person clients trust to understand their reporting needs, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver against deadlines without needing to be chased. Internally, you’ll line‑manage and mentor Senior Analysts, helping to raise the standard of work across the team and build a culture where data quality is non‑negotiable.

The impact of this role is tangible: the dashboards and data products you build directly shape how clients understand their media investment and make decisions.
