A Software Developer is a technical role within our organisation. Alongside implementing core business solutions, they play a role in supporting technical excellence across our whole development team.
Collaborating within the Microsoft ecosystem, this role involves working with stakeholders, developers, and business change to ensure solutions are delivered to the required specifications, whilst also being mindful of broader strategic initiatives. This role will also involve guiding more junior developers through technical decisions and ensuring best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle.
Although this position encompasses many aspects, this role requires being hands‑on day to day to ensure project delivery and technical excellence. This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to broaden their career, being in an autonomous role whilst still working from the front line.
The role will initially be central to our product development team, overseeing the maintenance and enhancement of existing React and PHP applications.
This role is based in our Birmingham city centre office with a hybrid workstyle.
