What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the evolution of the product into an AI-native platform
- Building and shipping features using LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent-based workflows
- Working closely with the founders to define technical and product strategy
- Identifying where AI can genuinely improve user experience and outcomes
- Making key decisions on architecture, tooling, and integrations
- Balancing hands-on engineering with strategic ownership
- Helping shape the long-term engineering function and roadmap
What We’re Looking For
- Strong hands-on software engineering background
- Experience building products in startups or early-stage environments
- Practical exposure to AI in production (LLMs, agents, prompt engineering)
- Product mindset — able to think beyond code and into user value
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, founder-led environment
- Interest in building something AI-first rather than AI-added
