We are working with one of London’s most iconic landed estates, which is seeking a Residential Property Manager to join its in-house residential management team.

The role offers responsibility for a high-quality residential portfolio of approximately 200 units across a prime central London high street estate. You will work closely alongside another experienced Residential Property Manager within a well-established and professional estate management structure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day management of a residential portfolio of c.200 units
  • Conducting regular property inspections to ensure assets are maintained to a high standard
  • Managing maintenance issues, repairs, and contractor instructions
  • Acting as a key point of contact for residents and delivering excellent customer service
  • Ensuring compliance with all health & safety, statutory, and regulatory requirements
  • Liaising with internal estate, finance, and facilities teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Supporting reporting and general residential management administration

About You:

  • Around 2 years’ experience in residential property management
  • Experience managing larger or high-volume residential portfolios preferred
  • Sound knowledge of residential compliance and best practice
  • Organised, proactive, and capable of managing a busy caseload
  • Professional, personable, and confident dealing with residents and contractors
