Investment Associate | European Secondaries Fund | London
A fast-growing European secondaries platform is seeking an Investment Associate to join their active deployment team. The firm focuses on GP-led transactions and has built a strong reputation for execution across mid-market opportunities.
Responsibilities:
• Execute GP-led secondary transactions and traditional LP portfolio sales
• Conduct detailed due diligence on underlying portfolio companies and fund managers
• Build comprehensive financial models and valuation analyses for investment opportunities
• Support senior team in transaction structuring and negotiation processes
• Monitor existing portfolio investments and prepare regular reporting for stakeholders
Requirements:
• 2-4 years of experience in private equity, leveraged finance, or sponsor coverage
• Previous exposure to secondaries transactions strongly preferred
• Advanced financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint
• Strong academic background from a top-tier university
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
