Regulatory Change Officer

Rutherford has been mandated with a strong opportunity for a Regulatory Change Officer to join the Manchester team of a leading global investment firm. You will sit within the compliance function, supporting enterprise-wide regulatory change initiatives and working closely with senior stakeholders across the business.

Responsibilities

• Track and assess regulatory developments and their impact on the business.
• Support impact assessments and delivery of regulatory change initiatives.
• Coordinate horizon scanning and summarise key regulatory updates.
• Engage with stakeholders across compliance, legal, and the business.
• Support the development of regulatory change processes and frameworks.

Background

• 4–6 years’ experience in regulatory change, compliance or a related function within financial services.
• Familiarity with tracking and interpreting regulatory developments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills across business and control functions.
