Recruitment Consultant

Job Title: Recruitment ConsultantLocation: DoncasterSalary: £26‑£30k per annumHours: 3‑week rotating shift pattern (details below)

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end booking process for HGV drivers
• Attend regular meetings with new and existing clients to provide service and drive business growth
• Participate in and promote engagement initiatives with teams
• Recruit, book and manage predominantly HGV drivers for high‑profile clients
• Advertise, screen and interview potential HGV drivers
• Engage with clients and candidates, and manage people hands‑on
• Handle warehousing flex‑employees where required

Working Hours

3‑week rotating shift pattern: weeks 1‑2 Monday to Friday 09:00‑17:00; week 3 Monday to Friday 10:30‑18:30. Full‑time, 37.5 h/week standard, with longer hours and occasional weekend work during busier periods. On‑call facility on rota.

Candidate Requirements

• Full UK driving licence
• Excellent interpersonal skills and experience building relationships internally and externally
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong time‑management skills
• Pragmatic problem‑solving approach
• 12+ months experience in a similar role (logistics, administration, recruitment)
• Experience in logistics, administration or recruitment
