Our REACH Hub Provision will deliver high quality, engaging, and inclusive learning experiences that enable every learner to make outstanding academic and personal progress. We are seeking to appoint a Re-integration Officer who is a dynamic, visionary practitioner to deliver high quality SEND/SEMH Behaviour within our REACH Hub Provision. The officer will work collaboratively with Sunderland schools, academies, and the REACH hub team to support the successful reintegration of learners with identified behavioral, social, or emotional needs.
