Recruitment Consultant

Location: Leeds | Employment type: Permanent

£28,000 – £34,000 base salary (depending on experience) + £5k–£20k OTE. Office hours: 7:00 am – 5:30 pm Monday to Friday. Full UK driving licence and access to a car required.

About the Job

  • Building and managing relationships with schools across your area
  • Making a high volume of outbound sales calls to both warm and cold clients
  • Sourcing, interviewing, and supporting teachers and support staff
  • Matching candidates to roles that suit their skills and preferences
  • Managing bookings for daily supply, long‑term, and permanent roles
  • Visiting schools and developing long‑term partnerships
  • Working towards activity and revenue targets within a supportive team
  • Handling the fast‑moving nature of education recruitment – no two days are the same

About You

  • Minimum 1–2 years of solid experience in sales or recruitment
  • Proven commitment in previous roles
  • Resilience and ability to thrive under pressure
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Ambition and hunger to succeed financially and professionally
  • Organised, proactive, and target‑driven mindset
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential)
